Business terms
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 22, 2026
These terms describe the general rules for using the MS AI Automations website and engaging us for AI automation consulting, implementation, and ongoing optimization services.
1. Services
MS AI Automations designs, configures, and manages business automation solutions. Services may include AI voice receptionists, SMS and email follow-up, lead capture, appointment booking, no-show recovery, CRM and calendar integrations, internal AI agents, workflow mapping, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, integrations, and fees for a project will be defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
2. Consultation Requests
Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. We may contact you using the information submitted to discuss your request.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely access to the systems required for implementation. Clients must also:
- Confirm that they have the authority to provide business data and authorize integrations.
- Review and approve AI scripts, routing rules, messages, workflows, and customer-facing content.
- Maintain appropriate consent, disclosures, and legal compliance for calls, messages, recordings, marketing, and customer data.
- Maintain active accounts, licenses, credentials, and subscriptions for third-party services used in the solution.
4. AI Systems and Third-Party Services
Automation solutions may rely on third-party AI, telephony, messaging, CRM, calendar, hosting, payment, analytics, or integration providers. Their availability, pricing, features, and policies are outside our control. Changes or outages in those services may affect an automation and may require updates, replacement services, or additional work.
AI-generated responses and automated actions may contain errors. Clients are responsible for reviewing workflows and maintaining appropriate human oversight, escalation paths, and approval requirements for their business.
5. Information Submitted Through This Website
Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, bank account information, government identification numbers, health information, confidential credentials, or other sensitive personal or financial information through the contact form. The form is intended for general business inquiries and workflow descriptions.
We may use the information submitted to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement. You should avoid including information that is not necessary for that purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before an engagement. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, MS AI Automations retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, reusable components, and general tools. Client-specific deliverables and usage rights will be governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement.
7. Fees, Changes, and Cancellation
Fees, payment terms, project changes, support plans, and cancellation rights will be stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate or written approval before it begins.
8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided according to the applicable agreement and, unless expressly stated there, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, specific revenue results, or error-free AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MS AI Automations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the website, third-party services, or an automation solution.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website, services, or connected automation systems for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, spam, abuse, or actions that violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after an update means you acknowledge the revised terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms should be raised before entering into a service agreement so the applicable terms can be confirmed in writing.
